As a Matcharista, you’ll be the face of our café — preparing and serving matcha-based drinks with precision and care. You’ll ensure that every cup not only looks beautiful but also reflects our commitment to quality. Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Prepare and serve a variety of matcha-based drinks and coffee (hot and iced)
– Maintain deep knowledge of our matcha offerings and health benefits
– Educate customers on matcha quality and origin when needed
– Ensure high-quality presentation of all beverages
– Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
– Maintain equipment and prep area, including matcha tools and utensils
– Assist with cashier duties, restocking, and cleaning
– Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Keahlian :
– Excellent communication and customer service skills, bubbly personality is a plus
– Attention to detail and pride in product presentation
– Willingness to learn and adapt to house recipes and techniques
Kualifikasi :
– Minimum SMA/SMK or D3
– Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia AND English
– Previous experience as a barista (preferable 1 year)
– Passion for matcha or coffee
– Must be able to stand for long periods
