Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail or messages
4. Responsible for samples of products, the track records (in and out)
5. Conduct research and compile data for various projects
6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and directors
7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
8. Assist with all forms of registration related to the company
Keahlian :
1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in business, education, management, office administration, communication, or related fields.
3. Proficiency in English and dealing with Chinese Suppliers
4. Preferably have 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
