We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customs Specialist to ensure the company’s compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws. You will be responsible for managing import/export documentation, coordinating with customs offices, and ensuring smooth operational flow within our bonded or SEZ area. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of customs procedures.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1.Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations for all import and export activities
2.Prepare and review customs documentation including HS codes, PIB, and related forms
3.Liaise with customs authorities to resolve issues and ensure timely clearance of goods
4.Operate and manage the INSW system efficiently for submission and tracking
5.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and accurate reporting
6.Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly
Keahlian :
– Skilled in operating INSW.
– Strong knowledge of customs procedures and import/export documentation
– Fluent in English/Mandarin.
Kualifikasi :
– Diploma’s degree in import and export
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Have good relationship with Gresik Custom Office and East Java I Custom Office.
