We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Staff to support and manage the company’s tax-related activities. This role involves ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, timely reporting, and effective planning strategies. You will work closely with the finance and external tax authorities to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all taxation processes.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1.Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
2.Prepare and submit accurate tax reports and filings on time
3.Manage tax planning strategies to optimize company tax efficiency
4.Handle VAT restitution processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
5.Assist in obtaining and utilizing tax incentives such as Tax Holidays
6.Maintain strong communication and coordination with the local Tax Office
7.Operate tax systems including Coretax, INSW, and OSS platforms
Keahlian :
– Skilled in operating Coretax, INSW, and OSS.
– Fluent in English/Mandarin.
Kualifikasi :
– Diploma’s degree in Tax or related.
– Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role.
– Experience working in a company located in a SEZ/Custom Area/Bonded Zone/FTZ/similar.
– Preferably experience in assisting company to get and utilize Tax Holiday.
– Experience in VAT restitution.
– Have good relationship with Gresik Tax Office.
