Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support children’s learning and development.
– Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to exploration, creativity, and play.
– Conduct ongoing observation and assessment of children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents or guardians.
– Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate special events, parent workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
– Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.

Keahlian :

– Using Microsoft Office
– Strong command of written and spoken English
– Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill.

Kualifikasi :

– Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or English Literature.
– Preferably candidates who has relevant and formal teaching experience at International or National Plus School.
– Have passion for developing, motivating and stimulating young people.
– A good team player, hard worker, high initiative and creative.
