As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing field sales activities and building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Conduct field sales activities by visiting farmers, distributors, and other partners
2. Identify customer needs and potential, and provide suitable product solutions
3. Offer products and explain their benefits to potential customers
4. Manage and achieve sales targets set by the company
5. Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Keahlian :
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Agriculture or Civil Engineering
2. At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing
3. Possess a valid SIM A or SIM C driver’s license
4. Willing to travel for business trips and distributor visits
Waktu Bekerja :
08.00 – 17.00 Monday – Friday
