Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Set sales targets and work with the team to achieve these goals
2. Build strong customer relationships by providing consultations with the philosophy of building business partners
3. Building Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations, including targeting new sales territories
4. Supervise sales and monitor the progress of the sales representatives
5. Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and customer needs
6. Manage Teams: Recruit, train and mentor sales and marketing teams. Make sure they have the necessary skills to achieve company goals
7. Building KTG Brand Awareness, and KTG products and services
Keahlian :
1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to develop effective sales strategies and motivate team members
4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3. Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related industries (value-added advantage)
