As an Senior Brand Manager at PT Sorin Maharasa, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic brand vision and execution of our frozen food products. Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day brand activities and contributing to the development of impactful marketing campaigns,Social media,E-Commerce ect. This full-time position is based in Sentul, Bogor.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1.Execute marketing strategy and create a marketing plan.
2.Discover insights and analyze surveys on new market trends and consumer behaviors.
3.Coordinate with agencies to implement brand promotion activities.
4.Conduct brand health tracking to ensure brand positioning and performance.
5.Suggest brand promotion ideas to boost brand awareness.
Keahlian :
1.Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour and marketing best practices
2.Proficient in data analysis and interpreting market research to inform decision-making
3.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
4.Fluent in Indonesian and able to communicate in English
Kualifikasi :
1.Bachelor’s degree (min. S1) in Business, Marketing, or related field
2.1-3 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development
5.Good business knowledge and logical thinking
