As Corporate Sales, you’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients. Your role will involve implementing innovative sales strategies to help the company achieve its sales targets and expand its market reach. You should be passionate about sales, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure while meeting daily goals through regular client visits.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Develop and Maintain Customer Databases
2. Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis, and systematically build a database of prospective customers.
3. Maintain and regularly update client records to ensure accurate tracking of engagement history, communication, and follow-up activities.
4. Segment the database to tailor marketing strategies and sales approaches effectively.
5. Boost Company Sales and Revenue
6. Actively promote the company’s products or services to drive sales growth and expand market share.
7. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and suggest improvements to offerings or strategies.
9. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Conduct Daily Client Visits and Follow-Ups

Keahlian :

– Negosiasi, up selling dan Product Selling
– Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage and will be prioritized for certain market segments

Kualifikasi :

– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
– Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in Direct Sales and Marketing, preferably in a competitive, target driven environment.
– Highly target-oriented, resilient, and capable of navigating and overcoming various sales challenges.
– Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes, including inter-city and potentially overseas travel if needed
– Open to placement in Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, Jabodetabek or other designated locations as per company needs.
