DKT INDONESIA is set to recruit a Territory Sales Supervisor in Serang area who builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure includes define clear sales target both value and volume, monitor sales performance also sales force headcount requirement in each distributor branches.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Responsible for achieving sales targets/performance by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments as well responsible for market development, distribution and product penetration in respective areas.
2. Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure includes define clear sales target both value and volume, monitor sales performance also sales force headcount requirement in each distributor branches.
3. Achieve distribution width/coverage by expanding to new geographies and new channel or customer opportunities within dedicated areas.
4. Build strong partnership with potential customers and key stakeholders in respective areas includes maintain mutual collaboration with outlets (Medical/Drug stores, PBF/Wholesaler, Midwives/IBI, Local Key Account and Provision/General Trade Stores)
5. Close monitoring and relationship with distributors and their manpower, with full quality ensured.
6. Owns & drives all key sales initiatives originated by Region and Head Offices includes ensuring all trade or consumer programs are being shared and implemented properly in each distributor branches.
7. Manages all direct reports (DKT Sales Field Force) and distributor’s sales force team includes set up sales target for each field team, review and monitor field team Fix Journey Plan (FJP) to improve coverage performance as well enhance team capabilities including product knowledge presentation, role play to key customers.
8. Ensure and manage stock adequacy for monthly promotions, maintain service level performance to customers also new product launches by proper and right sales forecasting.

Keahlian :

1. Strong cross function communication with strategic and analytical capability is a must
2. Excellent in using Excel and prepare the presentation
3. Ability to communicate in written and spoken English & Bahasa

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree in all major with minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in area sales/commercial, especially in OTC/Pharmaceutical industry and or FMCG
2. Having strong experiences in managing distributor branches and sales force team
3. Willing to be placed anywhere or relocate.
