DKT INDONESIA is set to recruit Sales Representative. The primary responsible for achieving target (value and volume) by executing the fixed journey plan, sharing product benefits, product selling points, and trade programs, distributing POSM, and negotiating with customers.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.
2. Coordinate with ASM and exclusive salesman of distributors every week
3. Monitor sales performance, including exclusive salesman of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive salesman of distributors to enable them to achieve the target
4. Responsible for achieving target (value and volume) by executing the fixed journey plan, sharing product benefits, product selling points, and trade programs, distributing POSM, and negotiating with customers.
5. Responsible for discussing and reviewing the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors.
6. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs.
7. Follow-up rewards for customers.
Keahlian :
1. Demonstrate negotiation skill, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
2. Demonstrate interpersonal relationships with strong communication to internal & external DKT’s
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum hold Diploma 3 in any field
2. Have at least 4 years of sales experience, explicitly handling outlets, Apotek channel, GT channel, or local key accounts.
3. Familiar with respective areas.
