Job Deskripsi

o Manage the purchasing of office operational needs and ticket for business trip

o Give advice and recommendation of vendor including prices, quantities, and qualities for operational needs

o Create a budgeting for General Services Area not limited to weekly, monthly, and annually

o Do documentations for every budget that spent so it recorded historically

o Manage petty cash for operational needs and ensure it always ready when needed

o Support facility for employee such as meeting room, consumptions, projector, sound system, etc

o Prepare monthly report for operational expenses

o Manage a team consisting of cleaning staff, security personnel, driver and other relevant parties to maintain a safe and clean office environment

o Maintain company asset and inventory not limited to building, car, workstation, mess

Jurusan Pendidikan

Administrasi Bisnis (Keuangan), Administrasi Bisnis (Manajemen)

Minimal Pengalaman

Deskripsi Persyaratan

o Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Office Administration or related field

o At least 1 years’ experience working as General Services or related field

o Having knowledge and skills cost analysis and budgeting

o Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

o Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility

o Able to communicate (Speak/Write) with English is a plus point

o Ability work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment

o Willing to be placed in Palembang BO

o Having experience in plantation companies and good understanding about agriculture is a plus point
