Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the implementation, launch of the company’s information system, and user training and problem handling, such as production of MES systems;
2. Responsible for troubleshooting during the operation of the MES system, promptly dealing with and solving various abnormal problems that occur in the system, and ensuring the stable operation of the system;
3. Collect and analyze the needs of business users, understand the needs, and follow up on the group’s MES development for iterative optimization;
4. Write technical documents and provide functional training to employees as needed;
5. Responsible for the development and maintenance of production data reports and production boards;
6. Responsible for the management, configuration and maintenance of the company’s data room server and network;
7.Responsible for the management and maintenance of public IT equipment such as terminal computers, printers and video conferencing;
8.Responsible for the management of IT assets and ensuring the accuracy of IT assets;
9.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:

2. More than 2 years of experience in implementing and operating the MES system;
3. Have good communication skills and teamwork skills, and be able to communicate effectively with different departments and teams;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be able to bear work pressures and challenges;
5. Have strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, and be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and problems.
