Job Deskripsi

• Prepare daily, monthly and annually work programs for vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance, division street maintenance, workshop program activity and etc.
• Prepare workshop data for the annual budget planning based on the strategy and evaluation program
• Coordinate and distribute daily programs to Foreman (Mandor) & Clerk (Kerani), ensure the program is carried out according to target
• Setting up manpower planning to implement daily programs based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Prepare and control all tools, parts, and materials in good condition to support the daily program and ready to use
• Update stock of all tools, parts, and materials in warehouse by system and propose to buy if needed
• Collaborate with Field Assistant in Land Clearing program especially for cutting down trees, chopping, making hole, and land smoothing based on SOP
• Collaborate with Field Assistant to carry out all crops production and support transportation activities based on daily program that has been prepared
• Coordinate with Oil Palm Mills for crops supply chain from estate and make sure the crop arrived safely
• Reporting to Transport Machinery Coordinator for every tasks or problem that done in estate
• Monitoring & Controlling daily programs who implemented by subordinates or mechanics
• Evaluate daily programs with Foreman (Mandor) and Planning for next day’s program
• Analyze the bottlenecks for each problem related to machinery, heavy equipment, cost ratio, and agronomy
• Maintain good relationships with teams, employees, and communities around estate
• Managing teams to improve their knowledge and skills for implementing transport machinery programs
• Ensure teams know and follow SOP not limited to controlling, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting transport machinery

Deskripsi Persyaratan

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, or a related field
• At least 2 years experience working as Transport Machinery or Traksi Assistant
• Maximum 30 years old
• Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility
• Having great mechanical skills in heavy equipment not limited to Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Safety, and Reporting
• Excellent skills in Ms Office
• Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
• Willing to be placed in all company business units (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi) based on candidate profile
• Willing to be relocated according company needs
