This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, and managing sales and profits.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, stock, visual merchandise and store display, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy.
• Ensure achievement of store growth and hitting sales targets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Manage and motivate the store staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information (stock opname and sales report).
• Collaborate with partner to create activity or local event.
• Ensure the safety of stock, finance and store assets.
• Responsible for other tasks that are assigned by the superior.

Kualifikasi :
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
• Has relevant experience as Store Leader/Store Head
• Proven experience in Sales/Retail min. 3 years
Waktu Bekerja :
Pukul 08.00 – 17.00 ( Senin – Jumat )
