PT Aladdin Indonesia is a PMA company engaged in the cone manufacturing business for the Ice Cream and Ice Cream Retail industries (Restaurants, Cafes, Catering and Supermarkets), currently looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator. This position is also for those of you who are looking for job vacancies as Sales, Sales Representatives, and Sales Admin.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Responsible for sales, coordination and sales administration
– Follow up on existing/existing customers and prospective customers
– Explain the sales market/find new customers
– Coordinate with related parties both internally and externally regarding sales and sales administration.
– Able to communicate and negotiate well with prospective and existing customers
– Administration and filling related to sales (Delivery Order, Invoice, Customer PO and others)
– All other work related to sales and sales administration.
Keahlian :
– Autocount System, Microsoft Office (Excel,Power Point), Canva, etc
– Have negotiation skills and maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers
– Have expertise/ability in sales administration process and good file archiving
Kualifikasi :
– Minimum education D3 all majors, preferably majoring in Marketing Management
– Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Representative and sales administration/similar position, preferably in the food industry
– Domicile at East Jakarta
Waktu Bekerja :
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
