Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Develop and execute end to end marketing strategies — online & offline, organic & paid, ATL & BTL, partnerships & collaborations — to boost brand awareness and sales conversion.
2. Own and drive brand strategy, crafting innovative marketing plans that build brand equity.
3. Analyze market data and consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights for growth-driven, profit-oriented marketing strategies.
4. Lead and manage brand projects, showcasing leadership and strategic thinking.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Finance, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution and impactful brand communication.

Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), with at least 3 years of experience in a well-known national or large-scale company, directly engaging with end users or customers (B2C and B2B).
